None of the above. Sounds like a guy who is tired of looking for an on-court leader. He'll get what he can this year while developing the team, but he can't wait for Felder and Bowen to take the court.

They would be better served spending that time in the gym putting up several hundred shots per day.... The game is much easier if you can make shots or get to the foul line

This isn't all Frank's fall... He brought in players that could help the team and some players made wrong choices when they got here... PJ leaving early wasn't foreseen and that set the team back...

Next year will be better and just needs to get by this year and work towards next season...
