I see all these recommended replacements, all or most, are ex-head men. Most are losers, looking for a job paying umpteen millions. I would like to see Carolina get a young, up and coming coach with a record of solid recruiting of players who want to play, are good students, law abiding and are willing to work to succeed.
Please don't bring in some guy who doesn't fit the bill. Look at coaches at Utah, Brigham Young, and others who win consistently no matter the competition.
Please stay away from the big name only guys, look to the future with an energetic guy that wants to coach at Carolina because its a special place. But I don't think it will happen. We'll see.
