Also liked what he had to say about speed on the bases. I feel we haven't been aggressive enough with stealing bases in the past. He mentioned with speed you can get a walk, steal second and then score a run on a bloop single.

Also, mentioned that if you need to have 4 hits to muster up a run in an inning you are in trouble because that is hard to do. I think that summed up our team this year offensively pretty well.

Hopefully new pitching coach will be check #2. Time for a complete change in the staff to see full results of the new coach. Can't wait to see him succeed.

I wasn't to crazy about Kingston at first, but after the presser, I like him.. Just don't hire the previous coaching staff...

I like him also. I'm encouraged to believe we have truly upgraded ourselves and I don't think we'll have to wait long to see improvement.
