I think one of Holbrook's downfalls was he couldn't read recruits very well. 8 of his top 10 recruits last year signed.
It's a huge part of the sport to be able to determine who will go pro and who will play college first. Hopefully Kingston has a handle on it.

With Kingston, he can tell the recruits what life is all about when you start out in the minors and work you way up to the show...

That was an '18 recruit, and who knows he may flip back.
