How do you score a hit runner?

Is that counted as a out for the batter?

The runner is out, batter is awarded first, and all other runners return to their bases. Since there were already two outs, the inning was over, but it ended loaded with the batter reaching on the single.

So, mark Martin as getting a single, and mark Shrock as the third out. Shrock's out is awarded as a put-out by the nearest infielder, which would be the first or second baseman.
