Four-star DL Jacolbe Cowan is on campus visiting right now as planned, I've confirmed.
As for USC's slate of 4 official visitors, I haven't confirmed all arrivals yet. I know Jaheim Bell was supposed to arrive about 2:30 p.m. this afternoon, and odds are USC scheduled most arrivals later in the day. Camp ended about 2:00 p.m., and basically the entire football staff/support staff work camp.
