Pretty much agree. We have some of the best colors in the league but it looks like a NASCAR esque uniform. No one needs CAROLINA stamped across the front so large the numbers are forced to be shrunk. Put a small Gamecock emblem at the bottom of the V neck and let the colors do the work. Everyone knows who we are already.

Except the players...and they are the only ones that matter. It's a big deal to them but our staff knows this and they have people that help them with it.
Fans have a right to discuss it, but no say so whatsoever in what the team wears.
And now...I'm awaiting the Helmet thread. I'm sure the facemask are horrid, no matter how many bars and the block C is either too small or too large...or is it that the Gamecock logo is too small or too large???
I think the players really don't care what the uniforms look like as long as they are wearing them for highlight reals of winning games..
I agree. I like the clean look of no stripes, names, etc. I guess that's why I like the all white Unis the best.
Helmet is the best in our history. Uniforms are the best of our under armour era, but still too loud for my taste. My favorite are the '05-'06 ones.
For those bitching about a "fashion" thread...you opened the thread, and took the time to post. If you're not interested, why bother? Why is this so hard for some people? I guess there are those that want to be control freaks and tell others what they can and can't post about.
The uniforms are the best in a while but still not great. "Carolina" is too small and so are the numbers. Nothing about the design is sustainable. I fully expect to see changes in the near future.

I like those uniforms, but not the garnet helmets. I hope we never see those again.
Oh, I see the OP linked directly to USC's spot. Well, I agree with the writer. Mizzou's uni's are ghastly.
