Thats surprising on Wells, maybe not so on Rattler for his total body of work this past year. Hopefully this bodes well for both coming back for 2023.

Got a good vibe we keep them both with Well's announcement. The chemistry of those two could be the deciding factor.

Does Garnet Trust publicly disclose player allocations? Rattler's estimated NIL value was $2mil going into the season and I've seen reports that he was paid by GT. However, can't seem to locate anything definitive on what he received? One would believe that would be public domain given that they are actively asking for public funding.

Both now get a year under a former NFL OC. Hopefully both help us win 9+ games next year, but no matter what both will be more NFL ready bc of the coming year

both will make more in NIL than they would go being drafted so low. They are staying.

Yes and no. If they made the league, no, they will make more in the NFL as the minimum salary is $700k+. They won't make that kind of NIL money.

However, yes they will typically make more NIL than as an UDFA or late round pick because the chances of making a 53-man regular season roster under those circumstances is very low. Thus they'd be looking at zero.

Making the Practice Squad could be a push. P-squad guy make a little over $200k over the course of a season.

Spender is already making more than $700k with NIL: https://www.on3.com/db/spencer-rattler-108040/nil/

I was under the impression Rat was making 7 figures in NIL to come back.
