Roster talent analysis

I know star ratings are NOT everything. However, they're seem to be a decent predictor.

I was looking on the 24/7 site and counting stars on the rosters:

Georgia:
5 stars: 11
4 stars: 42

Clemson:
5 stars: 6
4 stars: 36

USC:
5 stars: 0
4 stars: 19

What a HUGE disparity. We have a long way to catch up. Also depressing, Clemson only has 10 seniors on their roster with many of those not even playing.
