For those wanting to compare - (Clemson would have been 5th in the SEC with their numbers - of course that is just based on the numbers - the competition level in the SEC would have been harder over the last 20 years than the ACC)
The bottom of the SEC is much stronger than the bottom of the ACC. Some of those teams at the bottom of the SEC list had some really strong years over that stretch.
