I know @uscbeckham probably is more up on facilities and possibilities but why can't we extend the concourse out to the columns with glass walls thereby widening the mezzanine and modernizing it? I'm sure architects could make it aesthetically pleasing. Sure we might give up some luxury boxes but who knows? Maybe we can do what the taters did at Littlejohn or what Duke did at Cameron. Lot of history there and we might even get cup holders in the new seats. 
We could really use a competitive advantage and can you imagine the publicity?
Seems like we can book all the concerts we want at CLA. Is there any reason we can't think out of the box and go retro?
