Solid basketball win last night

This might not have the feeling of the ISU win last year, but Tulsa is a solid team. In fact, they were receiving significant votes in both polls for this week. We don't have a terribly strong OOC schedule so this game, SJU, Clemson and Memphis will probably all need to be wins to help the resume. Lose one and we will have a slimmer margin for error in the SEC. The Hofstra game might turn out to be a really good win for us too. I can see them getting to 20+ wins with their shooting.

I enjoyed watching the team and seeing our depth. I also am very impressed with our balanced scoring. It is a shame that folks on the board are more interested in speculating on a new football coach than giving a little bit of interest to the basketball team. Newbies are ready to come in and make a contribution all though they are making a few mistakes. Experienced guys rising to the occasion. Look forward to seeing them continue to win.
