We use to have some nice spring bowl tailgates under the FGF banner 20 yrs back, tell lies, meet fellow posters, etc……….that was when shoe had hair as dark as a raven.
(As long as it doesn’t overlap the Masters, we are at our normal spot across from Js Corner by the fence & next to the ultimate tailgaters. If the program is going to host a practice game, a practice tailgate is in order. Gives us a chance to work in new gear and double check what might need updating. Can’t start a season from behind the 8-ball. Oh wait Shane did it & still went bowling but he is a pro. We are just seasoned semi-pro tailgaters raised in the farmers market

I respectfully will take the "under" on that one.
We need to build it up. Tired of seeing our attendance pale compared to some of the other SEC teams. Let Shane come up with some ideas to increase attendance. Yes avoid the Masters dates, etc. - you can have it anytime never have understood scheduling it then or when the Carolina Cup is or whatever. Have it at night maybe? Ray how about giving away free season and individual tickets, autographed footballs or something. Have Hootie or Patrick Davis play at halftime. If we want to be one of the big boys we need to act like one of them and get people going to the game. Some of you put it down and then wonder why we have been inferior, for the most part, over the years to UGA, UF, TENN. Well, don`t snub your nose at things like this. I guarantee you the numbers at their spring games will be way up there. Our fans need to compete as well. You have plenty of time - make plans to go. It may matter to one recruit who could make a big difference - you never know,
How soon we forget losing to Clemson 30-0. A victory over a 6-6 UNC team is not gonna wipe the bad taste from my mouth of that Clemson loss. How soon some of us forget. As far as attending the spring game all I can say is it is boring as heck. I don't think a projected number one USC team would bring me back to W-B for a glorified spring practice.
I don't think anyone has forgotten the Clemson game or thinks that a win over a 6-6 ACC team in a bowl is a sign that we are back. But I think the fact that this team won 5 more games than some of the experts predicted PLUS the addition of a legit superstar caliber QB from the transfer portal has people reasonably excited about the prospects for next season.
