Have you watched this show? It’s absolutely fantastic despite its gruesome and depressing nature.

But this whole COVID thing is sort of like a Squid Game (see trending COVID post)…

Create a massive room with 50% vaccinated and 50% unvaccinated. Pump the virus in through the air system and see who lives. Another interesting dichotomy is whether more people die of COVID or from differing political beliefs. But I digress…

Any thoughts on the show?

I know that it's just entertainment but portraying people getting killed in gruesome ways doesn't entertain me.

I enjoyed the show. I thought it was good entertainment that thankfully didn’t spend too much effort being preachy about the underlying social/economical issues. It wasn’t one of those shows that I expect to be on those Greatest Series Ever lists, though.

Well considering Covid has a case mortality rate of around 1%, 99% of them would live.

I loved it. I went hiking out west and the tv didn't have cable so I watched the entire series.

My daughter recommended it and described as thirty minutes into episode one you're thinking this is boring, 45 minutes in you're thinking why am I watching this, and from then on you're binge watching it. She was right. I agree with GADWAG, its way better than I was expecting.

I watched two or three episodes but couldn’t get into it. Seemed stupid. Currently binging Sons Of Anarchy.

I was entertained by the show but I don't think it was outstanding. It was easy to get hooked on just because I had to know how it would end. Long story short it was a train wreck I couldn't turn away from.
