A few weeks ago, one of our Gamecock gurus posted a hot stock tip saying a penny stock he owned (AABB) was about “to explode!” It was around 40 cents a share. Another responding brother, had a better tip. He was putting his money on LTNC which was at .07 cents a share. I decided to buy both. My AABB has exploded all right. It went from 40 cents to 18 cents as of today. The LTNC, which I bought at 8 cents is now worth 4 cents a share. So here’s my question: who is dumber?
A) The Gamecocks giving stock tips? Or,
B) The guy who takes their advice.
After a brief survey, it appears B is the runaway winning dumb ass. That would be me of course. So here is what I have painfully learned.
Becoming a Gamecock fan is like subscribing to a slow death. However, taking stock advice from brother Gamecocks will get ya broke faster than a pickup headed to Happy Hour.
