In a little over two years my wife will retire from Blue Cross. If nothing unforseeable happens inside that time frame she will receive over $9,000 for personal time not used. For us that will be windfall money.
My question for the board is if you were to plan a month long motor trip in the United States, which quadrant of the nation would you explore? We are spending nine days in Maine next May so probably not back to the upper northeast so soon.
Looking for hidden gems. Places not usually found in the travel guides. Natural beauty and wildlife are a must. The trip will take place somewhere inside the mid January to mid March timeframe. Thanks for any suggestions.
