whatever happened to fist team playing second team? Full out practice allowing full tackling. Obviously the team doesn't learn how to tackle because they're not allowed to in practice.

Hate to alarm those "fundamental"ists who believe any player can be taught the basics of blocking and tackling through repetition: the 4 and 5 star guys do that better too. The fact that some of our scrubs couldn't wrap up a jelly doughnut is VERY telling of their athletic prowess. Ever watched teams in Conference USA tackle? We have some of their players.
