I know we'd be ecstatic to make the tournament consistently but it's pretty daunting realizing the difference in talent level. We'd kill to have one shooter off one of these top five teams and most of their guys can flat light it up. It doesn't matter how well coached a team is if they don't have a few folks who can get it in the basket. I'm impressed by both of these teams tonight.

You quickly realize watching these teams that we're nowhere near competing at this level. For some reason the coaches we get don't see shooting as a needed criteria. We seem to get athletes who are slashers. We need shooters, on both the men's and ladies teams.

If you can shoot and play defense you can go anywhere. Grayson Allen was willing to sit on bench to be on a team that could win a national championship. Obviously when he got his chance he can play at that level..
