Yes, I would take Strong as our next coach, but that is not happening. All of the coaches at Texas hated the AD, I bet there were some parties last night in Austin to celebrate the AD's dismissal. I would also expect that there will be future games scheduled against aTm soon.

I, for one, don't get the fascination with 3rd and long Charlie Strong. Just because someone coached here in some capacity or played for us sometime in the past, that doesn't automatically make them the best coach in the ultraverse and 'we gotta get him'!
