Been to most of the games and bowls since 1975. So coach here are some observations:
1) Neither offensive or defense seem to ready to play. They look like deer in headlights at the start of each game. Maybe more physical practices would have us ready to play.
2) Play calling, seems to take forever to get a play called without ill timed time outs.
3) When was last time either of our lines dominated another sec team.
4) Hard to determine how good our running backs could be since they cannot get to line of scrimmage without being tackled.
5) Many times with third and one or fourth and one you choose to pass and not run. How can we have confidence in line and backs when you continue to show no confidence. Why not review the tapes from the teams running up 300+ yards to try new schemes to learn how to block. Shawn is playing with his players so is it we cannot develop players or play calling.
6) Defense last year you could run a mack truck through our line. How hard is to teach how to tackle. We have gone from shoulder tackling to weak arm tackles at best.
7) During Cloney's last year when he was hurt the subs sent in were so small that the other team knocked them down with one arm. So do our recruiting issues show we were lucky to get quality players and our current lack of sec players is not new.

From all of the other posts everyone is disappointed from lack of improvement. We do not seem to correct issues during the week or able to make adjustments at half time. Coach it is time to try a different approach.

My reccomendation is Hudspeth, Kingsberry, or Patterson.
