Expectations.

This isn't a knee-jerk reaction to this game. I've noticed there is a fair amount of people who don't really expect a lot from our team. We seem to have a collective glass ceiling that most are OK with.

If we want to have an elite program, we have to start expecting to have an elite program.

No missed tackles
No dropped balls
No missed blocks
No INTs
No blown coverages
No 3rd and 4th chances in 1 game.

That will drive our school and coaching staff to perform better or to hire better coaches. If you don't have elite recruiting, you must have coaches that prepare them the best and get the most out of the players you do recruit.

I'm not making a statement about the current coaching staff or recruits. What I want is for everyone to expect the program we all want. Do that and it will happen.
