Saban seemingly hires new OCs and DCs yearly. And keeps on winning. Can Dabo do it? This is his chance to prove he can reload and draw top coaching talent.

Different times, my friend.Dude built it.
This isn’t defending a dang thing. I’m just not ready to say the ship is going down yet. Heavily taking on water yes.Neither chad Morris nor Venables were big name hires. Go back and look at Venables defenses before clemson. They are average
Lol. You arguing with yourself? This isn’t defending a dang thing. I’m just not ready to say the ship is going down yet. Heavily taking on water yes.
IMO Dabo is now on the spit, turning and turning over the fire. Even with new coordinators at spring practice , not to mention a new AD (who unlike D-Rad, may no longer cater to Dabo's every whim), there will be some transitional problems for the program concerning old ideas versus new ideas, all new folks getting to know one another, and everyone no longer buying 100% into the tired old "All In" horse manure. Not implying they won't continue winning, just saying Dabo may not be patient enough to break in all new staff leaders or having to deal with crazy NIL deals pimping out the better players. I wouldn't blame him for trying an NFL job (he'd probably wind up like Spurrier, Holtz and Saban, getting out after 2-3 years because of lack of control) just for the prestige and money. If he doesn't want to reload/rebuild the Tigers football program, there are lots of college football programs who would love to have him try to do it again on their campus. I'd admire him for staying at Clemson, because that would be his toughest challenge right now, getting them back in the top 5 within the next couple of years of years or so.
