As soon as I saw Ryan Brewer was not in the top 50....I quit reading the list

Love Ryan Brewer but with 500 yards rushing and 1,000 receiving he is not one of the top fifty players in the program's history.
He and DiMarco deserve to be in a category of guys who did whatever the team needed to win, all heart, all effort, team leader! But top 50, no.
I felt that the list was tilted in favor of players in the last 20 years, but that's who we remember.

What about Dan Reeves, and the Provence brothers? I think Andrew Provence still holds the record for the most career sacks. He was also one of the strongest gamecocks ever, and went on to play for the Falcons in the NFL. Don't forget Warren Muir, Jeff Grantz, Sterling Sharpe, Ira Hillary, and of course Big George.

No way Ryan Brewer should be in the Top 50. He was a fan favorite and played with a lot of heart but that is it.

. . . and his company makes very nice metal/masonry fencing that I'd like to see USC incorporate more of on its campus. I believe he built the fencing around the University Inn on Pendleton Street.
