Darius Gray is an elite 4-star 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive guard from St. Christopher’s in Richmond, Virginia who has 45 offers, including from several big-name Power Four programs.
And Gray has a major announcement to make on Christmas Eve, he told me. “Hey! Hope all is well. Top 12 coming on Christmas Eve!”
South Carolina is among programs who has long been recruiting him. He visited during the off-season and for games against LSU and Texas A&M this year. Gray has been on various other visits to Columbia throughout his high school recruitment. He camped with the Gamecocks during the summer of eighth grade in 2022
Other major programs are also making inroads with Gray, like Georgia, Michigan, and Tennessee.
Expect USC, who has been made several inroads with him, to be included on that list.
