Some mentioned in another thread that 5* men don't come here so I did a recall of USC Recruiting history since 2002.
Year Ranking (# of 5*) (# of 4*) (# of 3*)

2012 #19 0 8 15
2013 #16 0 8 13

(~I tried to format this table for easier reading but it didn't work)
Plenty things to debate, discuss and comment here. One thing I have noticed is that all 20-30 TOP 5* guys year in and year out get offers from Alabama, Clemson and Georgia. While South Carolina does NOT offer every single 5* guy.
My take away here is to stock pile 4* guys (at least double digits 10-15 year in and year out).
It also sickens me that we have had a total of 8 5* men since 2002 and Georgia got 8 5* guys in last years class alone. :-( Georgia seems to be continue to build and become the new 'bama of the east while we are stilling at #2.
Would sure love to pull more men our way since we missed out on Steele, Walker and McClendon.
Continue to support and give to our mighty Gamecocks.
