i have 4 seats for USC vs UT in East 406, row 10, These have fold down seats, with upgraded seat padding installed, these are under overhang so no worry about rain or sun.
In addition to the package I am including parking in the Seat C lot,(small private lot only and never full, spare parking for high end donors mostly ) This has bathrooms right beside it and and throw a rock and hit the stadium, Its right beside cockaboose 3&4. Best tailgate spot!
