That team acted completely different when Zeb came in. I don't know if Doty should have ever taken his spot
It may not have been how you wanted to win. But, that was a GREAT finish! That shows some heart and is something that you can build on. Good win, congrats.

I'm back. Zeb just saved Beamers ass. Still very very sad we beat vandy by 1. This program has dipped to bottom of the totem pole
It’s pretty bad that beating Vanderbilt has come accross as a major accomplishment.
As crappy as we have looked most of the season, the one thing I’ll say about this Beamer team….the look bad a lot of the time but they don’t quit. That is head and shoulders about the last few years.
The last drive was the most un-Gamecock thing I've seen in years.

Yeah, I'm honestly glad the team hasn't given up on him at this point. It means there's a chance things will get better.
I am in agreement that the OC should be fired tonight.
I'm glad the Oline can block a 3 man rush. That's about it, but all we needed.
I’m all for playing him from here on out. The coaches aren’t going to give anyone else a shot and we’ve seen enough to know Doty isn’t the answer.

ugly and words cant really even describe this game, but I'm happy for the kid. You only get a limited time to play the game you love and Zeb got the opportunity to do something he will remember forever.
the only problem is teams going forward aren't gonna just sit back and rush 3 and let him sit there all day.
Good decision making should count for something, and he's clearly got that going for him.

Do we remember the earlier games with zeb though? 10 yard passes being off by 8 or so yards?
I get that but Doty is a project QB playing without a position coach. If the coaches are only going to decide between Noland and Doty then don’t wreck Doty anymore. Maybe he can move back to WR.
