Video Breakdown: Spencer Rattler, Austin Stogner commit to Gamecocks

Former Oklahoma QB Spencer Rattler and TE Austin Stogner are transferring to the South Carolina. The two, who both played two seasons for Shane Beamer, during Beamer's tenure as an assistant with the Sooners, announced the news via Twitter on Monday night.
