Discuss, gentlemen. One possible talking point is Jamey Chadwell is still at Coastal making $300k
I just don't buy that. He may be happy there, but there's zero chance he passed up P5 jobs to stay there. None at all. I'm itching to see what he can do in the P5 but it's starting to look like it won't happen.
Yeah, I think it's pretty clear at this point that there's a lot of skepticism about him from P5 decision-makers. Whether that's justified, I don't know, but it's interesting.

Maybe. I think it's a testament to how they need to get back on track recruiting-wise more than anything. Rebuilding the blue collar brand fits more with their identity.

Because I have a family member that works on the staff there and they keep me posted regularly. I know it seems he’s to understand someone on here might actually know something but it does happen. Yes Chadwell very well May leave at some point but right now he is happy.
Campbell would have been a huge get. The Hokies should thank their lucky stars that Bill O Brien didn’t land that job. His teams have been absolutely horrible on offense. Even Alabama appears worse off with him there.
Read on his bio he was a grad assistant under Frank Beamer and Bud Foster at VT from 1995-1997. He is 51 years old and originally from Altoona, PA. And we Gamecocks all know who's from Altoona!

Absolutely. He was my choice to replace boom. Lincoln Riley was my choice to replace Spurrier. The board of trustees didn’t listen to me in either instance 😉. I like Shane, and I’m definitely pulling for him. He’s got a handful of years here to right the ship and get us to being respectable . I hope he does whatever is necessary to make that happen.
