I was really impressed with Cooper! She seems to have the same skills as Zia and Henderson. She is very quick with a great inside touch.

We have incredible depth. Although she won’t play much during the season, Olivia Thompson draining 3-pointers one after another was great to see. She could be a starter for so many lower level programs but she continues to willingly play her role here.

Thompson is still here? I thought she would transfer after we won a chip. I think it will be even more difficult for her to play this year as we are absolutely loaded on the wing.

You’re right and it’s a testament to Coach Staley to be able to get and keep kids to play in a backup role that would be absolute studs elsewhere. It’s rare for anyone to want to do that in this day and age.
