Donald Trump's choice for Attorney General

BTW- When I was in my 20s, I was lucky enough to date about a dozen women over the course of about 4-5 years- like going out with them to events and parties and such several times, etc.

I don't know about any of you, but I didn't have to give them cash or pay them to go out with me. I would pay for dinner or a- show, but I never had to write them a check after a date.

Gaetz had caught colleagues off-guard by resigning from Congress in hopes of keeping the report private. It didn't work. There was a precedent of releasing ethics reports in the past even if a member was no longer in Congress.

House Ethics draft report accuses Gaetz of statutory rape of 17-year-old, drug use and obstruction

Gaetz of Florida paid multiple women for sex, including a 17-year-old high school junior, used illegal drugs like cocaine and ecstasy and obstructed efforts by Congress to investigate his conduct.

“The Committee determined there is substantial evidence that Representative Gaetz violated House Rules and other standards of conduct prohibiting prostitution, statutory rape, illicit drug use, impermissible gifts, special favors or privileges, and obstruction of Congress,"

The draft lays out sordid details of Gaetz’s alleged drug-fueled partying with young women based on interviews with those women and eyewitnesses, but saved some of its harshest criticisms for the former Florida Republican’s refusal to cooperate completely with the years-long ethics inquiry.

The draft report alleges that he refused to comply with a subpoena demanding an interview and sent only partial written answers, and that he “intentionally withheld information” about his trip with women to the Bahamas and the fact that he took a prohibited free private plane ride back.

The report details efforts by Gaetz to cover up accepting the free plane ride.
The committee concluded that despite Gaetz’ denials, the former lawmaker had engaged in commercial sex transactions and drug use, at least from 2017 to 2020.

“From 2017 to 2020, Representative Gaetz made tens of thousands of dollars in payments to women that the Committee determined were likely in connection with sexual activity and/or drug use,” the report stated. “Payments were made to these women using peer-to-peer payment platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. Rep Gaetz also used fake names to make the payments in some instances, as well as using a friend's Phone to make the transactions.

“Text messages obtained by the Committee show that Representative Gaetz would also ask women to bring drugs to their rendezvous, in some instances requesting marijuana cartridges and repaying the women directly, but in other cases requesting ‘a full compliment [sic] of party favors,’ ‘vitamins,’ or ‘rolls,’” the report stated. “Representative Gaetz sent one woman several hundred dollars for marijuana cartridges..”

“Another woman said that she brought cocaine to at least one event with Representative Gaetz and that she witnessed him taking cocaine or ecstasy on at least five occasions.

Biden and the liberal democrat party celebrate abortion of children up to 8 years after birth by issuing pardons of all federal child killers and doing it as Christians celebrate the birth of our lord and savior. Continue to give us strength Dear Jesus as we continue our battle against the pure evil surrounding us every day Amen. 🙏

OK Playboy. Now do the entire Democratic apparatus. :)

There's literally an announcement a day now from corporations freeing themselves from forced DEI measures.

Enlightened DeeDave still claims it's all a hoax. ;)

Actually, her husband, a long time political consultant and pollster who works for clients all over the world is the one worth 15 million, not her.

Just one of the many misrepresentations of such things all through Congress.

The net worth of the top 25 members of Congress is interesting. 21 are Republican.

But yes- it's the Democrat's net worth that is the problem. LOL

your lies are not even that good anymore

Oh, no doubt some corporations are changing their names of their programs. That's all it takes to fool people like you.

The great majority of corporations will continue to seek out diverse candidates of all types- and that's great.

BTW-

I didn't post some of the details of the report. Just some of the highlights of this former Republican House member former and attorney general nominee's conduct with underage girls.

Much like the conservative right wing islamic jihadists, the religion/morality is just a cover to excuse the hate. They don't actually believe what they say.

The Democratic Party is known for its character assassinations against political opponents.

Gomers with hot Teen Magazines lap this kind of stuff up while they turn their head to breathtaking corruption in their own backyard.

Who knows if it's the case this time, but it fits a very familiar profile.

----------------

So let me get this straight, Matt Gaetz gets selected for Attorney General

- Vows to target Congress insider trading
- Calls Ukraine a money laundering operation

Magically has underage sexual assault ALLEGATIONS, not charges, publicly released BUT the Congress reps who used $17 million in taxpayer money to settle sexual assault charges are allowed to keep it a secret along with the Jeffrey Epstein client list?

Yeah right. US Congress is organized crime

Thomas Massie “Congress has paid over $17 million in hush money for se*ual misconduct inside Congress. That was taxpayer money”

You guys are the majority in congress. Release the files of the politicians who spent 17 million on sexual assault allegations.

Can't you guess? The vote is always the same in these circumstances. It's every ounce of the Democratic Party along with the 20 to 30 "Establishment Republicans" (Neocons) who hate Gaetz because he always called them out.

Getting closer to the truth now after years of lies and misdirection.

It will be interesting to see if it will be definitively proven that is was purposely leaked.

Can't imagine the document shredding that's been going on in DC from these scoundrels on their way out of town.

The national debt is currently $36 TRILLION. Are you guys in favor of extending the Trump tax cuts, which will increase the national debt by $4 Trillion? And if Trump and company eliminate taxes on Social Security, it will balloon the debt even more. I know...I know....cut spending. You can point to cutting here or cutting there..... etc. The REALITY is that there is not enough discretionary spending to cut that would get support from Republicans in purple districts and states, not to mention Democrats. The reality is that the recent spending chaos this month reinforces that. So, do you cut and say to hell with the debt ceiling and take your chances that there will not be a financial catastrophe (remember the GOP controls the House, will control the Senate and White House and would thus suffer the political backlash)? The bond market would not like that kind of debt, no matter what, causing interest rates to spike, which in turn would cause a recession and, thus, cause a political catastrophe for the GOP. And remember it will take a boatload of money to deport millions of people. So, is it "damn the torpedoes; full speed ahead"? What do you do? What do you want done?

Slash taxes and eliminate most of government. Most Welfare lives inside of our federal government. Fire em all except our Military. Interest rates need to stay around 6% to keep everything legit. 0% money got us in this mess over the last 20 years. We may need a hard reset 70’s style with 18% rates and a good recession to get things back where they need to be. Theres way too much cash out there.

Also explain to me why it’s gonna cost boatloads of money to deport millions of illegals. We have agencies everywhere getting a paycheck and doing no work. Not to mention military and reserves. Put em to work deporting. They’re getting paid already so minimal extra cost at best.

Deport 20 million illegals and the housing crisis is over, welfare, healthcare, crime all fall like a rock. Like dominos everything will fall back into place.

If what transpired this month is a gauge, and I believe it is, just be prepared to be disappointed as to what spending is cut.

Hopefully voting against tax cuts is suicidal for the politicians doing so since Americans have cast their vote on this

If we have the debt crisis I wrote about on here a couple of months ago that I expect in the next 2 years, tax cuts will be the least of Americans concerns.

That’s why you have to burn it to the ground. This can’t be fixed with band aids. The can is at the end of the road. Nowhere else to kick it. Time to pay the piper. Depression, Recession, whatever it takes. It’s gonna happen.

There needs to be a combination of spending cuts and tax increases so that everybody feels pain, in order to get us on the path to fiscal soundness. And spending cuts include Social Security and Medicare. But they don't have the courage to make much of a dent on discretionary spending, much less popular, non-discretionary programs like Social Security and Medicare. Most of the Federal budget is in Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Defense and interest. Good luck getting politicians to have the courage to cut SS, Medicare, Medicaid and Defense. And we know damn well they don't have the courage to raise taxes. John Kennedy wrote several books. By far, his shortest was "Profiles In Courage". Kennedy was asked why that was. He said that he did not have a lot of people to write about. Consequently, a debt crisis is inevitable. And I expect that in 2 years.

Medicare/healthcare needs to be gutted. Government needs to get completely out of healthcare. They’ve destroyed it. Government needs to get out of student loans and education. See above. Government needs to get out of most things. Capitalism needs to take over period. #defundourcorruptgovernment

I’m pulling for a recession and 18% interest rates. Best reset I’ve experienced was in the 70-80’s. My 20’s were great. Rinse and repeat please

I believe you will get your recession wish, and possibly worse. Based on history, that will be toxic for the governing party. Trump in a Truth Social tweet tonight acknowledged that fact and is pissed about it. You know what they say about being careful what you wish for.

The public doesn't want SS and Medicare touched, even though it needs reform to be saved it. Republicans would consider some type of reform to save it, but any time it comes up, the Democrats scream because they know it is a way for them to get elected and spend even more money. They don't care about saving it. Just getting in power again to flood their friends and voters with money, like half a trillion in student loan forgiveness. Or 1,200 new DEI jobs paying 300K a year on the way out the door.

And if Dems EVER get the House/Senate/Presidency, they will make every one of the 40+ million illegals here citizens and give them full access to every program we have. That will be the end.

Just so you know what spendthrift crooks the Dems are, Biden's last proposed budget was $7.3 trillion dollars.

That's more than we spent in THE WORST YEAR OF COVID, and far more than the $4.5 trillion from the last pre-covid Trump budget in 2019.

What do we have to show for it?

Thats why we have to deport everyone of the illegals as fast as we can starting on day one. Operation clean sweep. Put a cash bounty on each one. Plenty of jobs to go around.

Oh we want SS and Medicare touched. But touched so that ONLY Americans who paid into this system get anything out of it. No exceptions, Period.

End all welfare programs, no more freebies. That’ll end illegal immigration

Bring back the chain gang for all prisoners. Self sufficient private prisons with no government assistance. Do the crime PAY for your time

I agree, but that's vote buying money for the Democrats. No way they let ANYTHING happen there.
Thats why SS and Medicare is going bankrupt. Its not sustainable when only a few fund it and others steal from it. Either end it all together or fix it for those who pay into it. Only choice to be made
