It’s unfortunate the smooth brain crowd can’t comprehend what is really being said here.

“I’m not at fault for storming the capitol because someone else didn’t stop me from my own actions!”

There isn’t a single legal jurisdiction in the world that would allow that as a defense of a crime. It would literally nullify any criminal law. You wouldn’t be able to convict anyone of anything.

What a sad state of affairs in this country when a senator who has gone to law school is arguing that.

It would be nice if we could have honest discussions about how the FAA is underfunded and that’s what led to a shortage of ATCs.
