They believe tearing everything down will be good. I believe that some things need to be changed or improved, or possibly eliminated, but I think a smart approach in business is to do it properly, not with a stick of dynamite.

I also understand that there will be people hurt by some of the actions - and possibly some of those will be unintended. I also believe that some people now cheering will eventually run into some real problems that they didn't plan on.

My bias is that I operate as someone who has a good personal life, not perfect but quite good. I can't relate to people who believe everything is bad.

Seed oils are fine. Every poster here uses or partakes in seed oils every day numerous times. Common sources include soybeans, sunflower, canola, chia and flaxseeds. They will NOT be eliminated. There is no evidence to suggest that seed oils are harmful.

(Personal note: I add flaxseed and chia seeds to by morning yogurt and banana breakfast. It's great and as my doctor noted during my last checkup, has been very helpful in helping keep my numbers low).
