I don’t trust any president no matter the party. You just can’t trust government. But at least Trump is trying something different with the tariffs. You can’t let a nation impose 4x the tariffs that you impose on them. Need balance, somewhat.
And one can never trust the news media. Nowadays, never. They twist it because they live on viewership and need the ratings - simple honest news reporting doesn’t seem to rate well? Or does it. And news people wanna be stars. For reporting the news?

I agree you cannot trust ANY government official ever. However, I really like the plays being made by this administration. Blitzing the blue cities knowing what their response would be and taking full advantage of it. Showing the entire country that they cannot or will not protect the people that elected them. Exposing the corrupt politicians publicly. Keep your foot on their throats for the next four years. Never give an inch. I really like being on offense for a change.
