We're about to hear from Will Muschamp. Updates will be in this first post.
-- Starts by thanking the fans, said they're the best of anywhere he's been.
-- Says his team was "workmanlike". Says the penalties and turnovers hurt early and kept it from being a blowout, but proud of the way his team played.
-- Says he thinks Rico Dowdle and Dylan Wonnum will be back next week. Josh Vann broke a bone in his hand, not sure yet on Nick Muse.
-- Praises Bryan Edwards. Says he's been awesome this year and is really thankful for him. His 14 catches were a school-record (Tied, I believe)
-- Says Vandy set up the double move well. They love the quick out and they watched that in film, said they maybe overcoached that and it's not on Jaycee Horn,
-- Says Deshaun Fenwick approached Muschamp about transferring and he asked him to stick it out and he's proud of him for sticking it out. Thought he played well when his number was called. Says he handled adversity well "It's really neat".
-- There's a lot of youth on the field and thought they handled the situation well.
-- McClendon and Werner talked about switching places before Muschamp mentioned it to them.
-- Joyner hasn't been healthy enough to do anything other than "Be a pocket passer and hand the ball off"
-- Collyn asks about Jammie Robinson and Muschamp says the nickel is one of the harder positions to play on defense and says Robinson has done really well.
-- Muschamp said Ryan Hilinski checked into the touchdown pass to Bryan Edwards. He saw the pressure look and changed the play to a quick seam route.
-- The offense was outstanding on third down, but "abysmal" on short yardage and re3d zone situations. Said again that if they get one or two more scores in those situations the offensive outlook is way different
-- That's all. If the players say another of note, I'll have it here.
