What the what? Another Welcome home from Beamer

I think it's a 3rd grade from spartanburg. He will announce in 2030.
Things are heating up! I like his enthusiasm, but I also wish we would wait to announce until the kids make it public.. The rate they change their minds in recruiting you just don’t know if they are serious or not until the players make it “Favebook official” themselves! Even then they can still switch obviously, just sayin…
Seems to be a lot of former players in town for this weekend of visits. It’s nice to see so many guys coming in to help with recruiting.
This is something the last staff almost never did and it made no sense! I get that Beamer has a much better connection to some of our biggest stars, but Muschamp never seemed to bring in many of the former players he coached other places or had connections with at all! We also got Megatron in this past week because the dude we got from Ga Tech knew him… so many things are bring done differently and the staff is so actively promoting it all on social media- shows off our facilities and gives us tons of free advertising.. Why in the world has this not been happening the past 5 years?? Seems someone had an antiquated view of how to promote our program. Glad that is changing.
To be honest, I do not remember Muschamp using social media like Beamer is doing now. And we were told what a all star recruiter Muschamp was.

unfortunately for us, what we were told and reality were light years apart.
Muschamp’s first year as coach he recruited better than Beamer did. Recruiting was never Muschamp’s issue.
Beamer is still way behind the rest of the SEC in recruiting. He has a longways to go right now
It’s hard to be fair to Muschamp, but IIRC he did bring some former players back. Seems like I remember Gilmore, Clowney, and some other guys back for games. And again, IIRC he was the driver behind having locker room facilities available for former players who wanted to work out. There was a time former players weren’t allowed to use our facilities.
We also have to remember this....Beamer inherited a horrible recruiting strategy from Mud Reaves. He developed an excellent recruiting strategy, only to have Sr replace him with Jr. The entire recruiting program was then run into the ground with Jr.
Like him or not, Muschamp had to completely revamp pretty much every aspect of our program. I’ll give him credit for that. Beamer certainly appears to be taking us to higher levels.
Now, we have to win.

I don't know. Florida fans told us he worked hard and could not help himself on offense. And that he would not do well here. So we were screwed. Seems about right. Though I am not sure about the working hard part.
very true but i was speaking solely on what Mushrat told us not the Floridians.
Hopefully we have a good one in Torian Gray as someone who can put together the best group for that unit!
