QB: 2013, Connor Shaw and Dylan Thompson, at one point that year Shaw's TD to Int ratio was 24 to 1 and Thompson was a battle tested backup.

RB/ FB: 2011 Marcus Lattimore goes down and Brandon Wilds plays like an all-SEC back in his place, and Kenny Miles provided valuable depth, even without a Fullback still the best we had it here.

WR/TE: 2010, Alshon Jeffrey, Tori Gurley, and Jason Barnes as the "triple towers" with Ace Sanders as the "little slot guy", not to mention Patrick Dimarco as the H-back, can't remember who the Tight Ends were on that team.

O- line: 2001: Not real big, but athletic and is one of the few times I remember us not having a crippling weakness on the line. Travelle Wharton, Cedric Williams(who I thought was the best of the o-lineman), Larelle Johnson, Shane Hall, Melvin Paige, with depth being provided by Watts Sanderson, CJ Frye, Johnathan Alston, and the last backup #52 can't remember his name.

D- line: 2011, was rated by one preseason magazine as the best D-line in america, and did plenty to live up to that hype, Jadeveon Clowney, Melvin Ingram, Devin Taylor, Travian Robertson, Chaz Sutton, and quality depth.

LB: 2000, Kalimba Edwards, Shannon Wadley, Kenny Harney, Andre Offing, Rashad Faison(SPUR), When Quincy Carter goes to sleep at night, he still sees himself throwing int's to these guys.

DB: 2011, edges out 2001, Stephon Gilmore, CC Whitlock, Akeem Auguste, DJ Swearinger, depth from Chris Hampton, Jimmy Legree, and Brison Williams, though 2001 with Sheldon Brown, Andre Goodman, Kevin House, DeAndre Eiland, Willie Offord, being backed up by Dunta Robinson, Antoine Nesmith, Rod Wilson and Jamacia Jackson(RIP) was pretty strong too.

K/P: 2006 this was combined for one man: Ryan Succop, and 2006 was his best year.

For a while we were blessed with a streak of great tight ends, including Jared Cook, Weslye Saunders, Busta Anderson, Jerelle Adams, Hayden Hurst. The talent just never fell off from year to year for like a 10 year stretch. Not sure we will ever be that fortunate again.
