Just based off of their personality I would drink beer Coach Martin, Coach Staley, Coach Muschamp, Coach Spurrier and Coach Berverly Smith. I would of been cool to drink a beer with John Madden.

Like these picks other than Muschamp. Never felt like he really knew himself. Just said what he believed people wanted to hear.

Would add Kingston and Tanner to that list. Not sure if either are best for us, but both come across as down-to-earth guys. Joe Morrison and Fogler seemed cool too.

Good list, but I would go with Spurrier, hands down.

I drank my share of beer with George Felton. Great guy, great coach.
Ok I may have been wrong about Spurrier being the one that would drink you under the table. George’s issues are well known. In my humble opinion, I think Felton was an underrated coach. He helped Georgia Tech do some big things and got on at Kentucky after coaching here. He had a damn good staff here. Recruited some solid players. Only thing I hated is they could beat Ohio State one week and lose to LaSalle the next.

I did not know that much about Coach Carlen,Coach Morrison and Coach Felton and the only revelation I received from them were the Sunday morning shows or a few minutes segment on WIS TV news. With the internet, the coaches have more exposure.

I think Joe Morrison could go on a pretty good bar run. And if anybody remembers him, George Felton had a taste for the devils brew.
