This is not beside the point any more than the call by Referee Jeff Maconaghy on Michigan's 4th down run in the 2013 Outback Bowl:
It's not about whether we or Citadel were the best team, played well enough to win, deserved to win, etc. It's about us being willing to put up with being treated so disrespectfully by anybody and then allowing them to get away with it. Did Elliot or Tanner file a report with the SEC? Vines or Shirey one should suffer some kind of punishment for pulling this stunt.
