Just looking at highlights, so take it with a grain of salt, seems to have strong hands and catches the ball away from his body. Route running is decent, athleticism is decent. Good frame to be physical. Pretty good at getting separation at LOS, but you can tell he'll be facing a lot better press coverage if he comes here. Not overly quick or fast, in fact looks a bit stiff at times. He's also just a rs freshman so has a lot of remaining eligibility.

Is there no third/fourth stringer at Georgia or Alabama looking to start IN the SEC during this age of 3,000 transfer portal players? SMH. Hope this kid is great.....but our track history attracting the top offensive or defensive skill talent the last 2-3 years has been bad. Work your asz off young man - as someone else suggested....you just stepped into the league with the highest level of play that features pre-NFL players, coaches and schemes. It is a jump for anybody...I wish him well.
You trash him in the first part of your post then "wish him well" in closing. He's picked up other offers from other Power 5 schools, he may have had issues coming out of High School but now is available to move on, which would be a good idea for you too Debbie Downer. Just go away.

"Trash him"? Mentioning my reserved optimism for ANY player SC picks up coming out of that league I mentioned isn't trashing him. Didn't speak any particular way about his abilities, size, intelligence, motives....or lack thereof. Oh by the way...the SEC is a step up from all competition not called the NFL. Just a reminder - hopefully he is one of the few who can make the jump.

Every DB that transfered in last year (except the P5 one that left the team the week he showed up) played major minutes in a top 10 pass defense this season, and you're what, ignoring them? I get that you trashed all the players we had transfer in last year so you can't acknowledge they did good without acknowledging you were wrong about the likes of Carlins Platel and David Spaulding, but come on.

I actually think we have a decent shot given the Beamer connection and the two Sooners we have already got. Plus we’re hopefully pitching the fact that we’ve put a lot of WRs in the NFL recently.
