I know this has been asked a thousand times. My brother and wife are traveling to Columbia today from Chapel Hill to attend a funeral for his beloved Dean Whitten. Most of you probably have never heard of Dean Whitten, but when my brother attended USC...he was the Dean of Students. My brother has stayed in contact with him for over 40 years. Mr. Whitten died last week, but my brother just heard about it last night and the funeral is today at 4. So he has had to hurridly get on the road to make it to Columbia. Anyone have any restaurants to suggest they go to supper? Nothing fancy...just a place for a bite to eat...and show off Columbia. Thanks! Go Cocks!
