Alabama struggling against Auburn.

This is probably the "weakest" Bama team in Saban's era.

Just goes to show, it is hard to maintain elite football every single year. Even at tOSU, Bama, Oklahoma, and Clemson.

Alabama, Clemson......is the offensive line the most important unit on any college team these days? I think Michigan would say so, and probably Ohio State too.
It all starts up front. 2014 we were strong on OL and really bad on DL and we know what we got, a record setting offense, a historically bad defense and barely making 7 wins

Bama looking like hot dookie! Auburn is having a lot to do with that though!

Auburn up 10-0, under 12:00 to play.

I know Alabama is looking very vulnerable this year, but to me it looks like they were looking at next weeks SEC Championship game instead of this one.

Bama’s offense was awful today. They might get another chance with about 50 seconds. We’ve seen crazier things happen. But man, hard to believe how bad that offense has been. They made mistakes I haven’t seen a Bama team make in 15 years.

Yep. They looked really sloppy. QB dropping the snap. FG holder dropping the snap. Penalties.

Announcers said 3pts is the lowest offensive score for Alabama under Saban.

They get a chance to change that with 1:35 and no timeouts.

The play that sticks out to me was the 3rd and 2 call where the RB was wide open and never looked for the ball. Easy first down in Auburn territory, and it hit him in the shoulder. They’ve done all the little things wrong that make you lose a football game. We know what that’s like. Haven’t seen it much from a Saban coached team. But they could right a lot of wrongs with 45 more yards here. You can feel it coming. Auburn didn’t do the little things, like staying in bounds, with 2 minutes left.

48 seconds left. That’s still more time than Bama would’ve had if Tank stays in bounds. Incredible.

Bama can’t take a sack here. At least it’s a good finish, even if it is sloppy football.

On another related note…does the Heisman Trophy mean anything anymore? Stroud and Young were the 2 favorites coming into today. Clearly it’s a team award now. No way either of those guys are the best Players in college football.
