As a long-time Gamecock fan, it's hard for me to consider a school as part of the ACC if they weren't in the league when we left it.

Kind of like when our baseball team ran through UNC, GT, Clemson to make Final in 2002, Clemson 2010 to championship--our NIT champions beat UVA, Miami, Maryland, FSU, en route- beat Syr and 'Ville although they weren't ACC teams then--Makes it even sweeter to dominate that wannabe league

LOL… I think they're actually in the Lake Michigan Division… that's the division that's off by itself and just uses the "Atlantic Coast" when it to their advantage… via the Saint Lawrence Seaway of course...
