okay, I’ll be up front with saying I had Temple -12.5. With 3 minutes, ball in hand, up 17 the lights go out. At least a 20 minute delay with hopes this is called, bot NO! ECU coach thinks he is going to come from 17 down with 3 minutes. Temple gets a good gain with possible field goal range on 4th, but wait, holding. End up punting after not getting 3rd and forever. ECU gets the ball back, and Temple hold on 4th, BUT WAIT! Off sides called.. New set of downs. QB throws straight up craziness into quadruple coverage and the WR comes down with it. They end up scoring a TD. Okay, this over, right? Hell no. They get an onside kick and recover. I’m praying they do something stupid, and on the last play of the game the WR for ECU laterals, Temple recovers and returns for a TD. OH, BUT WAIT YET AGAIN! Officials rule forward progress stopped, and no TD. On replay the whistle was clearly blown after the Temple player recovers the ball, and starts to return it.
