In my experience you change things in an overall corporate environment one at a time - biggest impact with least investment stack ranked.
The single biggest thing with the least amount investment or disruption to progress was to bring in talent at QB....
In 21' we had
Doty 4-.5.8 Presumed dual threat starter. Foot keeps him from being who he can become.
Noland 2 - 5.4. Enough has been said about Zeb
Brown 2 star ? couldn't find any rival rating out of high school. 24/7 gave him 2 stars. Played as hard as he could and should be proud.

This needs to continue every year.....QB play is what takes you over the top. Rattler will be gone in a year and someone might decide to move on, someone could get hurt, doesn't matter - the fix - keep recruiting the best you can get. It matters.
I'm sure this won't be the only area where Beamer will seek improvement. It just happened to be the most important piece of the puzzle.
