The Braves hold a 2-0 lead in the best of 7 series and will look to keep the pressure on the favored Dodgers tonight. A win will allow them to situate their rotation to insure they have the best arms available with proper rest.
Pregame Analysis
The Braves will throw Charlie Morton tonight with a chance to go up 3-0 over the favored Dodgers. He is called big Game Charlie and this is a big game for the Braves as they try to put the Dodgers on the brink of elimination. Morton is pitching on extr rest so his arm should be recharged and ready to throw darts. He has been dominant the latter of of this season and postseason. He has pitched well against the Dodgers historically and this season has been no different. Look for him to throw strikes and keep the hitters guessing which pitch will come next as he attempts to keep them off stride and buckle knees. Betts is the only Dodger to homer off Morton in the current lineup and again runs may be at a premium tonight. The reason being that the dodgers will throw their Young Ace Walker Buehler. He has a very live arm and relies on that fastball to accumulate many strikeouts. Buehler is said to have experienced a tired arm in the Giants series .
