What happens to a player's NIL deal if he is a bust? Didn't Uglylay from Clemson get a big NIL deal last year only for him to bust? Does he still have that deal? All these boosters paying out the big NIL bucks will hesitate when they get a few busts.

Top prospects must prove themselves on the field/floor before they get all of the NIL deals they were promised.
Or get smaller NIL $ if they underachieve.
NIL deals must be based on performance.
