We had some dumb penalties that deserved a chewing Saturday. Stupid stuff gets you beat by teams like Georgia.
The one that sticks out with me is where that VT ball carrier, having already picked up a first down on a nice gain and gotten the ball to the plus side of the field, drew a dead-ball 15-yard penalty for fouling the man who had tackled him. This was in the first half of the game. They were about to knock FSU out. After that play, VT never scored on offense again until the fourth quarter. Worse thing about it was that, when the coaches pulled the VT ball carrier out of the game, he was on the sideline laughing about it. I would have sent his @$$ to the locker room.
How long is Christian going to be in college? Seems like six or seven years...could be a doctor by now. JK - Probably a good kid.
