I'm sure he wants to transfer because Clemson is bringing in a better QB for next year.

But the picture of his dad with Lincoln Riley is because of the brother who is a big time recruit as well.

Players tired of seeing the coaches sons and pets play in front of them. A lot on offense is leaving. Prob means venebles is staying and will be paid another million.

Fu man chu isn’t better than any qb we have now. He seems to be another Joyner. He may be better suited for a different position. Ladson looks like an NFL type, body wise. My tater friends were definitely hopeful he could contribute.

Ladson is a very good receiver....when he is healthy enough to stay on the field, which is not very often. He has possible NFL talent and speed but has not been able to show it off consistently

Absolutely it’s risky, but DJ isn’t the answer. I’m afraid I haven’t seen any substantial progress this year. I don’t think he will transfer back home to USC because he isn’t good enough to start. I think this plays out like the Lawrence/Bryant year. We do need some depth in the QB room. I suspect we will pursue a Grad transfer.

You could always try using someone off the coaching staff. We did it and look at how well it worked for us.
