With Shane Beamer and his staff? I have not heard one negative thing said about Beamer or his staff by anybody in any interview I have seen. The DC at Hallandale had nothing put positive things to say about Beamer or Gray yesterday in his interview with SportsTalk last night, and it seems like he is going to do what he can to get the other 4 stars DB's he coaches to go to Carolina as well. It feels like the entire trajectory of the program is about to change. I hate to compare Beamer to Dabo, but it feels like Beamer is very similar in his approach to culture building and stability in the program. The best thing is that Beamer doesn't say stupid things like Dabo does. Beamer finally feels like one of "us." He doesn't want Carolina to be Georgia like Muschamp did. This isn't a job to ride off into the sunset like we had with Holtz and Spurrier. This isn't a stepping stone job to him. This is home. He will have some growing pains, but I believe he will have a lot of success here.
